Cheers to Retirement!

My name is Rene Frauenknecht. I retired at the end of October 2022. I had just turned 54 and I was absolutely thrilled to have the opportunity to just enjoy life at such an early age. My wonderful wife, Kelly, will also retire in 2028. At that point, we may need to make some updates to the About page; in the meantime, this is all about the adventures I’m having during the early stages of retirement.

That said, I didn’t start this page until October of 2024…too busy with other stuff and I really didn’t know how to start a webpage or blog site or any of that. I’m learning as I go. Hopefully, in the not too distant future, I’ll sit back and admire how much better I’ve become at this online stuff…in the meantime, please bear with me!
