Day 37: Oberlin to Newbury

Today was one of the nicest days yet. Blue skies, great temps, fun people, cool scenery, and lumpy roads made for a really fun day on the bike. We basically did a big half loop around the outskirts of Cleveland, including a visit to Cuyahoga Valley National Park. 80 miles kind of flew by, although we definitely noticed (immediately) that this part of Ohio is not as flat as the western side. We also crossed the 3,000 mile point of the trip today…for perspective, there have been a lot of years where I haven’t ridden 3,000 miles!
