On paper, today was a carbon copy of yesterday. In reality, today was MUCH harder as we had cross-headwinds all day. I ended up in the fast group, which was not my plan at all. Lots of hard riding for the first 50 miles, then was able to ratchet things down after lunch. No real change in scenery today, although Sioux Falls seems like the biggest town/city we’ve been in since Portland. No Corn Palace though…
