It was a great day to ride a bike! Cool temps and cloud cover prevailed until just before the end of the ride, when it got hot and sunny. Lots of climbing in the first 34 miles, including a 10 mile long steady 3% grade to round it out. After that, lots of reasonable rollers, a few very fun downhills, and some flats too. The only bummer was some road construction which held us up a couple of times. Kamiah is a town of about 1,000 people right on the Clearwater River. Tonight was pizza party in the parking lot!
