Day 4: Hood River to Condon

Hard day today, although it started out with the most beautiful first 20 miles along a bike path just above the Columbia River. After that, we had 9 miles on I-84 again, which weren’t too bad, but then the fun started. Lots of climbing in the last 30 miles, just as temps were peaking in the high 90s…that’s a bad combination. I did survive, although I’m quite sure my legs won’t be too happy tomorrow.
